The flat rate also covers mechanical problems or if repair parts are needed in the clean room when performing 

a Successful recovery.

Q. How is my recovered data returned to me?

A. You can have your data returned to you via DVDs, CDs or on a USB / Firwire hard drive  . You can also provide your own USB hard drive if you choose. No additional charges apply with this method. Contact us for complete details.
