When
returning your hard drive for repair to our Colorado
facillity, the drive should ideally be enclosed in an
anti-static bag.
02.
To
reduce the risk of impact damage, the hard disk should
be shipped in a box at least twice the size of the
drive. Wrap the drive in electronic grade (anti-static)
bubble wrap or foam.
03.
Include
your name and contact information (email, phone, address,
etc.) within the box.
